So your customer wants a new or updated menu? Nice. Our menus are professionally printed on 3mm foam board — durable, wipe-clean, and built to survive even the messiest flat whites.
Here’s how we make it happen:
Step One: Form First
The customer must fill in the Menu Creation Form:

No form, no menu. Simple as that.
Step Two: Marketing Gets Creative
Once submitted, the form goes to Marketing for artwork. We’ll cook up something lovely and send it straight to the CDM.
Step Three: CDM Checklist
CDM, your turn:

✅ Confirm final menu dimensions with the customer

✅ Ask how they’ll be displaying it (magnetic board, clipboard, mystical levitation…?)

✅ Email artwork + dimensions to Reeds Digital for a quote → info@reeddigital.co.uk

✅ Get the cost approved by the customer and request a PO
Step Four: Place the Order
Once all the above is locked in, send the following to:

Orders will then raise a PO with the printer and sort the delivery note and invoice for the customer. Easy.
