Cancellation policy

Payment.

We take payment from your card or account at the time we receive your order, once we have checked your details and stock availability. Payment must be made with a valid payment method as set out by our partner merchants. The address at which your details are registered must be the same as your billing address. 

Promotions and discounts.

In order for a promotion or offer to be applied to your order, a valid promotion code must be entered into the promotion code box on the basket page. No code entered, no discount. Soz.

Subscriptions.

Our subscription service really is for legends only. if that's you and your business, you'll be pleased to hear you can cancel your subscription at any time (I mean, why would you? But you can...). Our subscription products are automatically delivered on your schedule. There is no long-term obligation and by logging into your account you can modify or cancel your subscription, anytime. When we say anytime, there are caveats. Obviously we're not magicians or time machine experts (but how cool would that be?), so if you want to change your subscription that has already been shipped, then you're committed to that shipment and so are we. Cancellations.

If you place an order for any of our clothing, china or posters please understand these items are made to order so you won't be able to cancel or change your order for these items, after it has been placed.
