Refund policy

Well this is awkward. You’ve arrived at this page because something’s up, right? If you are unsatisfied with your order within 14 days of delivery, you’ll be pleased to know we’ll take it very personally and may even shed a tear. Then we’ll suck it up buttercup and do everything we can to solve any issues. 

Now, usually the only issues we come across are when people love our coffee so much that they need more of it asap, but if there is another problem with your order or items are faulty, please contact us asap at orders@paddyandscotts.co.uk 

If you simply don’t like your order, having opened and tasted it – then please let us know. We’ll happily discuss some alternatives with you. 

If you place an order for any of our clothing, china or posters please understand these items are made to order so you won't be able to cancel or change your order for these items, after it has been placed.

If for some reason, you want to return goods to us, we’d rather they were returned in their original packaging and condition please (not in your old shoes, for example). Stapling a bag of opened coffee and putting it through your washing machine to give it a wash before sending it back to us, might be fun to watch, but not recommended. 

You will be refunded for returned goods once we receive them in their original condition. You’ll need to pay for any return shipping, except when goods are faulty, in which case we’ll reimburse you. 

If your order arrives (happy emotion) and is clearly damaged (sad emotion), please refuse the order, so it gets returned us. We will then either resend or refund you. Before you refuse the package, please take a photo and send to us with a note to confirm what’s happened.

You can also send us holiday photos too – it would be a bit odd though. 

We’re not magicians or good at gazing into crystal balls so if you provide an incorrect address, postcode or telephone number, then….well…shame on you. Contact us and we’ll see what we can do to help. 

This does not affect your statutory rights (whatever they are!)
