Amaretto Hot Chocolate method:
1. Add a heaped tablespoon of hot chocolate to the cup.
2. Pour in a little hot water to create a thin paste. Stir until smooth.
3. Add three shots of amaretto syrup.
4. Steam, stretch and polish the milk, then pour.
Suggestion: Decorate with biscuit pieces.
